Participants will gain hands-on experience using the widely used\u00a0<span style=\"color: #b88701;\"><a style=\"color: #b88701;\" href=\"https:\/\/bioexcel.eu\/software\/haddock\/\">HADDOCK<\/a><\/span>\u00a0software to model biomolecular complexes, combining molecular simulations, machine learning, and experimental data such as cryo-EM and small-angle scattering.<\/p>\n<p>The course covers key topics, including integrative modeling, molecular dynamics (MD) simulations, and the setup of simulations using\u00a0<span style=\"color: #b88701;\"><a style=\"color: #b88701;\" href=\"https:\/\/gromacs.bioexcel.eu\/\">GROMACS<\/a>.<\/span> Additionally, participants will learn to build FAIR biomolecular simulation workflows with the\u00a0<span style=\"color: #b88701;\"><a style=\"color: #b88701;\" href=\"https:\/\/bioexcel.eu\/biobb-new\/\">BioExcel Building Blocks (BioBB) library<\/a><\/span>, understand free energy calculations, and explore their application in drug design through protein-ligand binding predictions.<\/p>\n<p>By the end of the course, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of biomolecular simulations, with practical skills in using the latest tools and methodologies for cutting-edge research in drug discovery and protein interaction modeling.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skill Level:<\/strong>\u00a0Intermediate,<\/p>\n<p><strong>Language:<\/strong>\u00a0English.<\/p>\n<p>More information:\u00a0<span style=\"color: #b88701;\"><a style=\"color: #b88701;\" href=\"https:\/\/indico.truba.gov.tr\/event\/177\/\">https:\/\/indico.truba.gov.tr\/event\/177\/<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This course organized by\u00a0BioExcel CoE, in collaboration with:\u00a0NCC Turkey,\u00a0ENCCS This course provides an in-depth exploration of bioinformatics and computational approaches to predict and model biomolecular interactions at the atomic level.
