Workshop “Competencies and Good Practices in HPC / HPDA/ AI”

Project EuroCC (National Centers of Competence within EuroHPC JU), funded by the European Commission within Horizon 2020 and co-funded by the ministry of Education and Science of Bulgaria aims to create a network of national centers of competence in the three related areas – HPC (High-performance Computing), HPDA (Big Data Analytics) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) in 33 European countries.
The next workshop organized by the Center for Competence – Bulgaria will take place on July 15, 2021 from 10:00 to 16:00 EEST. The program is divided into two sessions. The morning session will present the project, the competencies of NCC Bulgaria and good practices, as well as the new supercomputer – “Discoverer”. The afternoon session is meant for HPC / HPDI / AI industrial users.
Taking into account the ongoing restrictions due to Covid-19 and the limited number of available seats (50% capacity), the workshop is organized as a hybrid event with participation possible either a) physically in the hotel conference room or b) online through the Zoom platform.
