This hybrid workshop organized by EuroCC Slovakia together with EuroCC Czechia, EuroCC Austria, EuroCC Hungary and BioExcel CoE is dedicated to the GROMACS software package. Focus will be on basic usage and deployment on GPU-accelerated HPC systems, the agenda will also cover more of the core modules for GROMACS developed by BioExcel (Haddock or PMX). Registration and more information is available here.
